- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Classless... absolutely terrible. They wouldn't see my dog that was bitten by a rattle snake because she wasn't a "previous" customer and didn't have an appointment. How can someone just turn down a dog that is fighting for it's life. Thank goodness for a top notch vet clinic in William-Sebby that took care of my pup and get her healthy.February 20, 2017by Abby Payton
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We waited exactly 45 minutes to be seen to get our dog a shot. For it being our first visit, we decided to cancel our appointment and find a new vet instead. * we aren't totally sure how long we would have waited. We decided to not wait any longer than 45 minutes, so it could've very well been an hour or more. Who knows. The professional thing would be to update the client, but there was absolutely nothing.
