  Jenelle answered the phone directly (no automated system) and she was more than empathetic, she was compassionate. She said she would talk to the Dr. and give me a call back. She called me back three times in an hour and a half to assure me she was still working on it. They made an arrangement to see me that day, and the Dr, and two of his staff stayed an hour after closing to take care of me. They gave me the exact amount of my co-pay before providing service so there would be no surprise. I’ve heard of “pain free” dentistry but never experienced it till I came here. I was actually able to relax while they were drilling one inch deep holes into my skull. I could go on, but you get the idea.

  Dr. K is by far the best Endodontist I've ever visited for treatment. He tried to help me save a tooth, and patiently walked me through my options and the process for each option. I have always been afraid of the mouth numbing process before a treatment is performed. Dr. K has this process down so well, you barely realize you are being numbed. I was shocked that a pain free experience was even possible. I guess that's the difference when you see someone who knows well what they're doing. This team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and provide you with accurate treatment and payment information. Just today, I received a check from them with a partial reimbursement for services I paid for. I had my procedure done a month ago, and they have already balanced their books and communicated the difference with the patient. If I could see him for regular dental services I would, that's how pleased I am with his level of treatment and ethics. I highly recommend!
