- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely the worst service every! I am not sure at all what the purpose of having an office manager is, if they don't do anything when it comes to insurance billing issues. To be told "I never looked at your card, I just photocopied it and put it in your file" is absolutely ludicrous. This was by far the worst service I've received from a specialist office by far! To be told that I'm going to be sent to collection if I don't pay $704 for a service that was yet to be rendered, is a joke!!! Even after I kept telling the office manager, I corrected the issue with my insurance company just resubmit the bill. Fine you want to threaten me with collections, I DON'T WANT TO DO ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH YOU. Resubmit the bill to my insurance co. For the office visit and x-ray only which will be around $250 and watch it get paid for in full!!!! I'll go to another doctor to have my orthotics made!!! FYI the doctor was very knowledgeable and great, however unfortunate they are a package deal. You cannot threaten people, it's not okay!!!May 31, 2017by Patricia Joseph
