- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I came to PTRC with a grade 3 sprain at the beginning of my freshmen year in college. I have never laughed so hard in my life at a doctor's office. I had PT twice a week for six weeks and every single appointment was comfortable, casual, and I was always treated like family. I am beyond pleased with their customer service and willingness to work with my insurance, as for my injury I am rehabilitated and was sent home with instructions for further stretches and a t-shirt! PTRC is filled with wonderful staff and I was disappointed when I "graduated" and no longer got to spend two HILARIOUS hours with such a wonderful group of people.August 28, 2017by Alyssa Pierce
