  If you had asked me to rate you back in july it would have been a shining 5 stars , but then for NO REASON , you hung me out to dry . I was in your words , "the ideal patient" , always compliant and never a problem . I took my meds as prescribed and never had an issue with labwork or UA's . Then suddenly out of the blue Sean notifies me that you think I'll get better care from a different clinic . So you ship me of to the torture clinic as I came to call it with out a second thought . .I was also told that you do not do chronic pain , well I don't know what the last year and a half was if not chronic pain . I think it hurts more because you were the first doctor I found that believed in my hip pain . You found out what as wrong with it but when the resurfacing did not provide as much relief as we hoped you were well aware that the plan was to wait at least till I was 40 to get my hip replacement . You - Dr.Avi Ramchandani , were fine with that plan . So what changed ?? not getting enough from medicare to cover Seans wages ???. I was so scared to have to go to a different doctor . I begged and pleaded to stay , but no , you assured me the new Doctor would see all my records and see what an awesome patient I was and everything would be fine . WHAT A JOKE . The pharmacist said it was medical negligence for that monster FRANK BRANNON to take me from 4 x's /30mg oxycodone down to 2x's 10 mg methadone . And that was after I explained that you had tried methadone earlier in my care and it had bad side effects for me . FRANK BRANNON would not even look at my records you sent , by the way the records office ionly sent the last 2 appts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , so the monster FRANK BRANNON could not have looked up what medicines we tried or didn't try . DANG IT , DR AVI RAMCHANDANI , you actually gave me my life back . when I first came to you , Did you know I hadn't even seen you for my appts for months ? so what the hell made you kick me to the curb , just thrown out like trash . ?? So I suffer and suffer and the search continues for a decent compassionate doctor to bring me back to the life you showed me was possible. did you know that I was on 5 different comittees at my sons school?? , well cant do that now , so my son will most likely not be offered a scholarship next year , since I wont be able to assist the school as they expect the scholarship parents to do . just do me a favor and think for a moment how you took me from the darkest place i'd ever been in my life to one of hiking , sports , swimming , gardening , you know all the things that are out there that I could do again . I really thought you were a good doctor , I spoke of you to my family and friends . I hate you so much fr showing me how good it could be than taking it away . you did not mean your Hippocratic oath at all , do no harm what a joke

  Service has changed DRAMATICALLY over the past several months... problematic staff were replaced by an amazing new team that are friendly from the minute you walk through the door. Another new addition is anonymous comment cards you can fill out in the office, which I personally like because it allows them to know their strengths and weaknesses. Staff is very good about returning phone calls and service provided by the Drs and PAs is top notch!
